How to cure from dust allergy? Thanks a lot for advising me. (By Mr. Kazi Anwar Hossain)
Thank you for asking me this question.
Management of dust allergy: It is better to avoid dust as far as possible in home and outside. If it fails to control the attack, you should try the drugs. At first you should try antihistamine. If it fails to resolve your problem, you can try corticosteroid. If there is congestion of your nose, you can try decongestant. To prevent the attack you can try cromolyn sodium or leukotriene modifier. Lastly, you can desensitize your immune system by immunotherapy.
